Bass Fishing Club Resolution SGA
Bass Fishing Club requests to be
reinstated into SGA. Bass Fishing Club
has previously been deficient of the SGA statutes and by-laws.
Bass
Fishing Club has elected new officers.
Question: Does the Bass Fishing Club have any events
planned for the spring semester?
Answer: They plan to hold a fishing tournament at the
reserve for kids from the community.

BCM Funds Request $313.39
Spring
Break trip $86.61 from appropriated funds total cost of the trip $3,200.
In Aura
Colorado the will work with local non-profit the kuran to assist refugees from
Burma in filling out paperwork for
citizenship.
The
money requested will go towards covering travel costs incurred for a 2nd
15 passenger van.
Question for Treasurer: How much money is currently in the discretionary
funds? Current discretionary funds
$2,529.50. This amount will increase as
$400 will return to discretionary from a previous funds request. Other organizations have not used all of the
funds previously requested and appropriated funds as well.

PATH Funds Request $700-
Abby the president is requesting
$700 for a block party to be held April 6 at 5:00 tentatively at the back patio
of Centennial Center to include prizes, food, and guest speaker.
$700 request amount was submitted
prior to their fundraiser. During their
fundraiser they raised over $100 dollars that will go towards the block party. Goal of the block party will help them to grow
and to reach out to students.
